We will first make an assessment of your current position:

• Your current situation within that belonging
• Your status, skillset, traits, strengths, blind spots and weaknesses

With this information, we will:

• Identify your options to leverage from your current position
• Identify potential blockers and black swans
• Design an action plan for the steps that you need to go
• We will evaluate multiple branches for your plan, depending on how your strategies will unfold

After our session you'll have a step by step plan to follow. You decide the time frame and topic we discuss during this hour.
